Ellie Goulding put together an amazing line-up of artists for a special pre-Christmas fund-raising show in support of Streets of London at London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire on 16th December 2014. AUCTION OF EXCLUSIVE URBAN ARTWORK, OCTOBER 2014
In October 2014, Streets of London ran an online charity auction curated by Graffiti Street, featuring exclusive urban artwork which was donated especially for the auction by leading graffiti and street artists. The auction featured work generously donated by graffiti and street artists including My Dog Sighs, Dot Dot Dot, Pichi&Avo, Nils Westergard, Bisser, Hunto and La Staa. SIGNED T-SHIRT AUCTION, MARCH 2014
In March 2014, we held a charity auction on eBay that raised valuable extra funding to support homeless people in London. Seasick Steve played an amazing show in aid of Streets of London at Camden's Electric Ballroom show in May 2011. He was joined on stage in a surprise guest appearance by John Paul Jones of Led Zeppelin. Support came from Moulettes. An interactive web-cast of the gig (filmed by Mativision using 360-degree live immersion video technology) was featured on the home page of The Guardian website, where it attracted more than a quarter of a million views. GABRIELLA CILMI IN AID OF STREETS OF LONDON, ICA, MARCH 2010
‘Sweet About Me’ star Gabriella Cilmi headlined our launch show at the ICA in March 2010, performing a set that included her huge hit single along with new songs from her second album 'Ten'. Support came from The Fence Collective’s Player Piano. Award-winning comedian Tim FitzHigham compered the evening. The event was a huge success.
