STREETS OF LONDON SLEEP-OUT AT HOME 2020

177 people took part in the Streets of London Sleep-Out At Home in October 2020, raising an amazing £40,000+ that will make a huge difference for homeless people in London. Thanks so much to everyone who took part and to everyone who made a donation.

Because of the coronavirus pandemic, this year people took part in their own homes. People grabbed a sleeping bag and slept out in their garden (where they could) or else on the floor, giving up the comfort of their bed for one night in a simple act of solidarity and raising money to help people sleeping rough in the capital.

A big thank you in particular to Marsh & Parsons estate agents for all their support. Many of their staff took part in the sleep-out, raising a fantastic £13,286.49 between them, and the company also generously helped with advertising the event.

Thanks also to Team Arcus and Friends, who once again got involved, came up trumps and raised a huge amount.

Our thanks to Streets of London ambassador Dan Smith (front-man of Bastille) who took part in the sleep-out, also to EastEnders star Shona McGarty and her sister Camilla who slept out for the night.

Thanks so much again to everyone who slept out in their garden or on the floor to help homeless people, and to everyone who made a donation.
